Spring 2026 STEM workshop for visually-impaired youth

By popular demand, the Fong lab held a Pi Day STEM workshop for blind and visually-impaired youth featuring our activities building solar cars, conducting EMG recordings, and using neural prosthetics. We had a huge turnout, with Sydney, Danielle, Chao, Max, Audrey, Ming, Morgan (and Freya!), Woon Ju, Josh, Zimil, Sophia, and Raveena all helping students through the various activities. Weather was sunny so we were able to race our cars outside. Congratulations to our winner, Dimitrius! Thank you to GT CEISMC, CVI, GT INNS, and GT-Emory BME for the continued support!
